Solution

That sounds like 1x2gb+1x4gb. Please learn to use mathmatical notations, 1x(2gb) is NOT the same as 2x(1gb)!!!!!!!!

Also sounds like the 2gb stick is completely broken (if you read the memory install method in your manual and followed the order) and 4gb might be broken as well. You can try buying a new 2x4gb pair (only ~$40) and trying that, or you can see if you still have a warranty on that for repair
Your system can be upgraded to Win 10, might as well just do that. Don't bother with "rating score", anything less than max points means your computer isn't good to begin with (really easy to max out graphics score in 7, which is why MS kind of gave up on that system with 8 and 10)

ty for reply bro i have tried windows 10with the latest driver but it seemed to be laggy in games as compared to windows
can u help me by giving me link to best performance driver with OS too

It's going to be low FPS regardless of the OS, the graphics isn't all that good for regular games. Just try clean installing the graphics drivers from the dell website

yes i have tried the dell drivers but the intel graphics and amd gpu drivers seems to be outdated

yesterday i have tried the drivers but still i get the BSOD on installing the intel hd graphics + amd radeon hd 8670m
anyway thank you for your response

can you explain me what and how does it works means i get a BSOD of thread_stuck_in_device_driver but i have tried the clean installation of WINDOWS 10 with the drivers you sugested form the website
and how will memory swapping will help me i have 2x1gb and 4x1gb total 6gigs
and except this if i update my ram to 12gigs as i am planing to buy will it still affect my performance or
my Intel HD memory will expand
PLS HELP ASAP!!!

I told you to test the memory by testing sticks one at a time, it's self explanatory. If your system can't work with 1gb, you can try rotating out two sticks at a time.

Also, what do you mean by 2x1 and 4x1? That's just 6x1. If you mean you have two different types, remove the smaller set first.

Good to hear that. iGPU issues are often a manifestation of memory errors, so next time you'll know what to look for😉

bad news i am still getting bsod while playing heavy games but while normal ussage
it seems fine 🙁
