So I updated my Dell Inspiron 3878 to Win10 from Win7 a couple of months ago and never dealt with drivers.
However about a week ago it started losing WiFi Signal. While it connects fine to WiFi, every around 10' it seems to be losing the WiFi connection and reconnects after 1'. All other devices on the network (smartphones & TV) work fine. Uninstalled and re-instaled all drivers from DELL.com, deleted all old and reinstalled new but problem was never solved.
Finally i found drivers from the ATHEROS website which is the manufacturer of the chipset but problem still exists. Do you think there might be a hardware problem on the chipset?
Additionally Windows Update downloads the latest AMD Radeon graphics drivers every now and then which causes the PC to lag every 5 second making it impossible to work on it. If i uninstall the driver from Device Manager lagging goes away, but after a while Windows identifies the Grpahics Card and keeps reinstalling the driver.
Tried all drivers from AMD website, both latest and previous ones, with or without the Radeon Software and none seems to work.

What would you suggest on the above to avoid clean Windows install? Are those 2 problems connected to each other? Is there any chance of a hardware problem?

probably a driver conflict, sometimes the generic driver will force a Windows update. probably best to stick to Windows-approved version if you see one

I uninstall of of them and delete the drivers. Then i restart and windows drivers are installed automatically which WiFi disconnect every 5' and mouse point lags every 5''
