Question Dell laptop no options on bios after hard drive re done

I was working on a old laptop I have trying to upgrade windows 7 to 10. I reformatted the hard drive and was trying to boot from a usb but there isn't any option in the bios. Only [ Onboard NIC (IPV4) and Onboard NIC (IPV6) ]. What can I do to inable it to boot from the usb? There aren't any other options in the boot options.

Disable Fast Boot and then work out of Legacy mode. What is the model of your Dell laptop? SKU? Are you on the latest BIOS update?
