Dell Laptop Not Detecting Nvidia Graphics

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 15 7537 from a friend who almost never used the laptop. It’s supposed to have an Nvidia GT750M graphics card. I updated it to windows 10 and the graphics card isn’t being detected. I get 20 fps from the integrated graphics on games and I really need those Nvidia graphics. BIOS has no options to select the main graphics option, and i have no nvidia options and it isn’t showing up in device manager - not even under hidden devices. please help!

Install the graphics drivers for NVIDIA from geforce.com

I tried but it says I don’t have any Nvidia devices in my laptop, even though I do.

1. Disable Intel graphics to force system to boot up using default graphics.
2. Uninstall NVIDIA drivers
3. Reboot system.
4. Install NVIDIA drivers.
