Dell laptop reboot

Whenever I press reboot on my laptop, dell laptop.. It keeps on telling me to press F1 to reboot or F2 enter setup menu, F5 to enter PSA..??? What should I do, I keep pressing the same and still nothing.?

From Dells forum, try this froma powered off state:

Power on and press f12 boot option...
and click change boot mode setting
and then change legacy boot mode, secure boot off to
to change legacy boot mode, secure boot on
