Question Dell Laptop saying "no Wi-Fi networks available"

Hi, recently took my Dell Laptop to a local shop to get the back panel replaced as it was damaged, up to this point the laptop worked perfectly. Once I received the laptop back after a couple of days, the wifi no longer worked and said "No WIFI networks found". I took it back to the store and he assured me that no hardware or software changes had been made and he simply just replaced the back panel. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wifi driver and have even factory reset the laptop, but still just says " no wifi networks found" when I try to connect.
Does anyone know the issue and know how to fix this?
It is a Dell Inspiron 15 3511 and is relatively new, no similar issues up to this point.

If you're working with Windows, open up Device Manager and see if your wireless adapter is showing up there. If it indeed is shown there, see if it's flagged with an error.

Now would be a good idea to try and see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates however I'd also see if the laptop can connect to any network while the laptop is at the repair shop.

Frequently, the WiFi antenna is in the back panel.

Given maintenance for that back panel, I'm suspecting something is not connected correctly.
