Question Dell Laptop Shows Battery Low when plugged in

I have a dell inspiron 7373 laptop that keeps showing battery low when I wake it up. Sometimes it will turn off and I have to turn it back on. Other times I can just click ok and use the laptop. The laptop is connected to a dell docking station that provided power. The battery is usually at 95%. Not sure if I have a failing battery or something else.

Here is what happened today. Laptop is connected to a dell wd15 dock via usb-c. It is asleep. I wiggle mouse or tap on keyboard to wake up laptop. No response. I press the power(?) button on the dock and after about 15 sec I hear the laptop fans come on and shortly after the dell logo. Once the laptop boots into windows I get a pop up message stating battery power is low. Plug in Laptop. Then a few seconds later the laptop will turn off. I have to press the power button on the dock again before it turns back on but what ever I had open is of course gone. Not sure if it is the dock or the laptop.
