Not long ago I tried to restore my laptop to its like default by deleting all my files and then restoring it, but since then it hasn't come out of this constant loop of Windows repair.
At first I thought it might have been to do with my hard drive (I queried it online, but after getting to the diagnostics through pressing F12, it says that there isn't anything wrong with my hard drive.
Is this to do with my OS, and not my hard drive? and if so, would it be best for me to just replace the windows that is/was installed on it?
