I have a Dell Latitude 2120 that keeps not powering on and has a problem powering back on with blue lights flashing that aren't the power button. I read online to
take the battery out and unplug the power cord and to hold the power button for 10-15 seconds but that doesn't by itself...sometimes I'll get it to power on by doing this
except before holding the power button I ALSO unplug the CMOS battery...after a while it will work and then I have the same problem again. Is there a fix for this? Am I right that
it doesn't help to re-seat the RAM?
Thanks in advanced for any helpful response/s
