im having problems with my dell latitude not connecting to its thin keyboard, not really sure what to do, ive reset my laptop but still not sure what to do.

1| Have you made sure your laptop's BIOS is up to date?
2| If you're also experiencing issues with your TrackPad, it might also be a good idea to update the TrackPad drivers, after downloading from this site.

Here I'm assuming you're on Windows 10.

*Could you elaborate on the term, not connecting to it's thin keyboard?

ive tried what you have said with updating the bios but still nothing and i cant update the track pad because the laptop cant connect to detachable keyboard which is the problem im having
