I can get my laptop to boot up in safe mode - trying to get to register from c:

Hi,

Here's the complete guide on how to boot your laptop into Safe Mode.
- From a complete power off state, turn it on and repeatedly press on F8 until it load Advanced Boot Option where you can select Safe Mode from it's list.

Here are some other ways on how to load Safe Mode if this first step will not work.
