dell latitude E6230 cpu upgrade

looking at cpu upgrade on a dell latitude E6230.currently has intel core i3-2350m @2.30Ghz socket 1023 FCBGA Sandy Bridge.Any help greatly appreciated.

sorry sir but you cannot upgrade your cpu of your laptop because most of the parts on laptop are fixed the only thing you can upgrade is ram , but don't worry ram upgrade will increase the performance of any task you do you on your laptop and don't loose hope the core i3 2350m has turbo boost which can increase your cpu performance. BY default turbo boost should turn on its self but you can turn it on manually ( search on google )
