[SOLVED] Dell Latitude E7470 blinking display

I have a Latitude E7470 with i5-6300u. After Windows loading screen and before login screen, the screen flashes several times. I tried many Intel Graphic Driver versions (From Dell and Intel) but the problem is still exists. How to fix this problem? I'm afraid it can damages the display. (Sorry for my bad English)

That's not going to damage the display, looks fine to me. But one thing those models have issues with is the battery, make sure it's not swollen.
