Question Dell Lattitude E7250 Ambient thermistor

Hello, I have a problem with my Dell Lattitude E7250 which is randomly shutting down. I run the diagnostic Dell program and this sometime wrote me Ambient thermistor out of range and temperature is -127° and 127°. Do you know where is this ambient thermistor?
