My Dell Monitor [E2310H] Turns off in Specific Pic or Site,
Ex: When i open this this sites screen shuts off :

and I have to Unplug the Power Cable and Put it back again to work, If i open this web site or this pic in minimize screen it's OK, but if i open it full size screen it Turns off.
this is one site of many more like this one and i don't no why, if the monitor can work fine most of time and open this Specific photos in minimize mode just don't touch the edge of screen maximize
One time it did not shut off, this is what is happening cause the problem.
What cause this problem ? is ti the capacitors ? or from screen (t-con board)?
[using DVI, GT 740, 8 ram, 8300 FX] every thing is work fine i test it [i'm sure it from the monitor itself]
