Dell monitors 4:3 22 inch

Hello,
I want to buy a monitor of screen size 21.5" or more having aspect ratio 4:3. Is it available? If not what is your suggestion?

They long ago figured out that the get more yield with 16:10 or 16:9 format than with 4:3

Luckily they still make some though but it seems 21.3" is the largest
