[SOLVED] DELL motherboard and RAM ISSUE

I have a prebuilt DELL INSPIRON 5675. The system came with 8 GB DDR4 2400mHZ. I swapped it out for a corsair 16gb (8X2) kit running at 3200mHZ. The ram didn't run at 3200 mHZ because XMP is not supported by the board. I am fine with that, but the ram is running at 2133mHZ instead of 2400mHZ. Why isn't it running at 2400mHZ if the other ram did. Here are the spec:

Ryzen 1700x
Dell motherboard. Model: 07PR60 (AM4)
16gb corsair ram 3200mhz
rx 580 8gb

because the jedec spec on the ram is probably 2133.

nope, need to get new ram that have jedec spec of 2400 or 2666.
