Question Dell opti 5040 wont pick up gtx 750ti

So with some small adjustments I was able to pop my gtx 750 into my sff dell last night and run it off an external PSU . The issue now is it won't display through the gpu. Green light is on fans are gong ; any and all help is appreciated!

Not sure how to add a photo.
 
In Device Manager, try checking 'show hidden devices' to see if the graphics card (or rather 'display adapter') shows up. Might want to try another hardware monitor like HWiNFO to see if the graphics card shows up.

Something you may want to check is in BIOS. Some motherboards may require manual selection of the PCIe slot to use the graphics card.
