I have a budget of 130$ dollars.
I bought the Dell for 170$ and it's specifications are:
i5 - 3470 @3.2GHz and can be clocked up to @3.6GHz
8Gb ddr3 RAM and can be maxed to 16
275 PSU

I was thinking of putting in a 550 psu and then putting a 1050 ti maybe?
I also heard you can roll with a GTX 750 ti and use the stock psu, and then upgrade to what I thought earlier when I save enough.
I won't be playing anything too taxing, just TF2, Overwatch, CSGO, Minecraft, Skyrim, Garry's Mod.
What do you think when it comes to a tight budget from the start?

Luckily, the mt can take a standard atx psu.

Then the best performance you can get in the remaining budget is an rx470. Or 480.

Some of these have been mining cards and come with bios versions that wont work for gaming. They can be fixed, but its annoying. I actually did this on my gpu.

Heres one that comes with a stock bios, ready to game.
