what is the max GPU VRam that optiplex 3020 can support if we upgraded the psu & cpu to i7-4790k as its FCLGA1150 ?

i saw that some motherboards are limited to 2gb of vram
& what i meant is what is the max vram my motherboard can handle
because i want to upgrade my gpu now and cpu later

My Budget is around 300$ for GPU only

motherboards have nothing to do with the vram of a dedicated gpu
