Question Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF not booting with AMD RX 550 installed ?

I recently bought an AMD RX 550 low profile gpu and when I inserted it into my pc and turned it on, it wouldn't even boot into Windows and there would be no signal,
My old GT 1030 D4 gpu was fine and I was even able to use a wifi card in the second pcie slot.

How old is the PSU in your Dell OptiPlex prebuilt? Got a link to the GPU you're currently working with?

Graphcs Card slot on that SFF may not be able to provide sufficient power to run the RX 550.

How old is the PSU in your Dell OptiPlex prebuilt? Got a link to the GPU you're currently working with?

Is there any way to change/fix that? Also other gpu’s that use as much if not more power should work on this pc just fine (according to https://www.hardware-corner.net/desktop-models/Dell-OptiPlex-3020-SFF/ )
