Dell Optiplex 3050 Micro, i5-7500T, using Ubuntu 22.04 and my monitor is Samsung SA350.
The display is fuzzy and grainy, and video playback is also bad. It's the same quality while using the HDMI and DisplayPort. I have tested other PCs with the same HDMI cable and monitor for comparison.
Are there any tweaks that will rectify this issue? Could it be low voltage issue? I am using the prescribed 65W Dell mains adapter.
