[SOLVED] Dell Optiplex 3050 Windows 10 Reset

I recently bought a Dell Optiplex 3050 from an ebay seller.

it has windows 10 but it has been set up. I am not sure what if anything is on the machine - concerned about virus and malware.

Is there anything I can do to reset it to factory and if that can be done does that remove the risk of virus/malware or no it does not?

A reset does not mean you are clean.

Here are the first steps, more steps may be needed, after I see the result of these logs.

Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan Now
Click on Quarantine for all it finds.
Reboot.

Step 2: Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware ( MBAM ) Use Threat Scan. Make sure Rootkit scan is on.

After a restart ( if required ) Copy & Paste the contents of the scan into your reply.
If too large, upload to a site of your choosing.
