Dell Optiplex 330 GPU Upgrade

Hello, I have a Dell Optiplex 330 that is connected to my TV and I watch movies with it. However in it's current configuration, the gpu struggles to show the movie in video and it becomes more like pictures. I want to know what is the best GPU that my system can take. It would be the best if it could play 4K, since my TV is 4K, but more importantly it needs to fit into the case since the case is low profile. Here is the current configuration;
CPU INTEL Core 2 Quad Q6700
Chipset INTEL G31
RAM 4GB
SSD 120GB SAMSUNG EVO 850
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GT 620

The OptiPlex 330 comes in four form-factors.

Minitower (MT)
Desktop
Small Form Factor (SFF)
Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF)

That said, I'd recommend the Gigabyte 1030 Lower Profile 2G card as it will playback the latest codecs in hardare

Please first identify you PC from pictures below

Note, USFF is not upgradable, so if you have DT or SF, you can get low profile card, but it is not over yet. Based on your answer I need to check if dual card can fit, it might be required to use single card.

Don't just jump and buy low profile card yet, you might have to return it.

ASUS have a 1030 card with an LP (Low Profile) bracket included in the box if you need it. The one from Gigabyte doesn't.

If all you're doing is watching videos, the passive heatsink version should suffice, but it does need extra space. Treat that model like a dual slot.
