Dell Optiplex 380 need a cheap graphic card to run dual monitor

I was told to get the cheapest card that runs dual monitor, but i have no idea about what to get. I do not have much experience dealing with computer hardware so please help! Thank you very much!!

Yes, that is one of them, it allows dual monitors.

You don't even need to go that high. Even a 6450 will do. I've got weaker igpus that do just fine in anything.

^ quite true. I was figuring he would want some slightly decent horsepower. but you are right you do not need that.

I checked the card you mentioned, and it seems that power supply would be a problem. I found online that Optiplex 380 only has 235-255 W power supply... omg

^ yeah you might want a GT 720, that is one of the lowest power draw cards out there.

Which version do you have and what are your specs? You could upgrade the psu. You could also just run one off the integrated and one from usb.

This one is compatible with atx. Sff would need tfx.

if it is ATX, then get something like a 450 watt PSU, so that you never have to worry again.

No you can keep the case but you don't need to upgrade if you are just getting a 6450.
