Dell Optiplex 390 Upgrade with GTX 960 4GB

HI all,

I am new to this all PC upgrading, and had few questions about upgrading my Dell OptiPlex 390.

Dell OptiPlex 390 Specs;
Processor: i3-2100, Dual-Core, 3.10 Ghz.
RAM: 8 GB, DDR2.
HDD: Kingston SSDnow 60GB
HDD: Segate 7200rpm 250GB HDD.
SATA3 Slots, x4
PCI-E x1, x3
PCI-E x16, x1
PSU: 265 W "https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Dell-Optiplex-Compatible..."
Motherboard Specs "https://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en..."


I want put these in the PC, Geforce GTX 960 GPU "http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121928" && USB 3.0 Card "http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA67049F0952&cm_re=usb_3.0_card-_-9SIA67049F0952-_-Product". To support these I will put this New 600W PSU "http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438014&cm_re=evga_600b-_-17-438-014-_-Product".

Now my main Question(s) are;
1. Are these all compatible?
2. Any better suggestions?
3. Is this worth the money?

Your current PC will bottleneck it to a large extent, and the components are very dated.
Salvage the HDD and SSD, and build a new rig.
What would be your budget for this?

The best GPU you can go for with that CPU is the GTX 750ti, anything higher will bottleneck, meaning you won't be able to get any more performance out of your system.There is an ITX version going for $110 that has a $20 mail in rebate at the moment.

The max GPU you can go for with that CPU is the GTX 750ti, anything higher will bottleneck, meaning you won't be able to get any more performance out of your system.There is an ITX version going for $110 that has a $20 mail in rebate at the moment.

A GTX 950 will work, that is the absolute maximum I would go for though, it may bottleneck a little bit, but you should be good.
I still recommend the 750ti purely because it is better value though.

So then I should order 750ti without any more research, this one "http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814487028", anyways what is the difference b/w GTX 750ti 4GB & 2GB, is it worth the extra bucks?

And also will a 600W PSU be enough or it will be overkill? Any recommendations?
