So i just shut down my computer and went to sleep and after 2 hours i woke up and turned on the computer but it just won't do anything (No fans-No lights) but the motherboard's orange light is on thou but after i unplugged the power cable and plugging it several times it just worked

No there are no lights at all .. only the motherboard orange light is on
btw the computer never shutoff while i'm using it the whole day

I would GUESS that the PSU is OK, but detected something else that had a problem. You might run memtest or some other diagnostics to see if something else is wrong. Look at the capcitors on the MB for leaking, bulging, or stains on the top of the plastic ones with the gooves in the top.

If i keep running it this way will it fry anything
Btw : i have a gtx 1050 on it .
And one other thing sometimes i push the button on the psu (The psu fans kicks in) and i turn it off again and then after turning it on it just works

but is it dangerous to run it and game on it even with that problem since i'm broke right now nd i can't change the psu

If yours has the standard 24 pin MB connector you should be able to scrounge up an old 305W Dell PSU for next to nothing. Every Optiplex Tower for about 10 years had one. Optiplex 745/755/760 era. These things were designed for Pentium Ds which were 130W CPUs. They go in the dumpster by the millions. Just make sure it's not so old it doesn't have SATA. The Dell 375W from the T3400 has the 6 pin PCIe cable, and the 425W unit has 2 of them. I paid $30 for the last one I bought. When the 265W in my $20 Opti 380 didn't want to play ball I just tossed in a random 305 and got on with it. yes it has a GTX1050Ti.

Optiplex 390 was released in 2011 soo what do you think

Btw what computer do you have is it the dell optiplex ?

I picked up an Optiplex 380 for $20 at the recycler. It's kind of a bottom end model that happens to support Xeon swaps. Q9505S 65W Quad, 8GB DDR3, Gtx 1050Ti,120GB SSD, 305W PSU Win 7 64. This is my baseline setup that anyone could do. I got a slight pushbuttton overclock from SetFSB to 2.9GHz. The MB in the e520 in my sig finally let go, So this is actually my internet computer right now. Runs all the benchmarks OK except Unigine Valley wants more RAM. With just 2 slots it's maxxed out.

My last question is .. Do you game on it ?? thnx so much for your help and what kind of problems do you encounter with enigine valley does it lag or what

It scores 61FPS but the minimum is 15FPS. It freezes momentarily. Gamers Debate ran a scan and reported the RAM issue which I suspected.
I don't game. My hobby is overclocking old Dells. So it's more like overdue R&D. I chose the 4GB GTX 1050Ti to see if there were issues with an 8GB system.
It actually runs Firestrike OK, Heaven, 3DM11. But Valley wants 12GB and a 4GB GPU that shares 3.7GB (per Windows Experience page) doesn't leave much for the OS. Even a 2GB card could have the issue. I'm thinking a 256 bit 2GB card would be better than a 4GB 128 bit.But nobody makes one that fits. I don't recall having the issue with an R9-285 ITX2GB/8GB system. The Zotac GTX1050(Ti) Mini drops into an Optiplex. I thought I should see what it actually does before recommending it to people. Runs great unless the "game" needs more resources. Not the cards fault. Not a CPU bottleneck either. At some point I will stick a modded GTX760 ITX 2GB in there and see what happens. Unless it has a UEFI BIOS.

Is it normal that when i push the psu button all the components (gpu-cpu) fans starts to spin because i just noticed it ?
