Question Dell Optiplex 5080 10th Gen i3-10100 or HP EliteDesk 800 G5 9th Gen i5-9500 ?

Hello…. I currently own the Dell Optiplex 5080 10th Gen but I have gotten a good deal on the HP EliteDesk 800 G5 and I am contemplating on whether to Sell my Dell 10th Gen i3 and buy the HP 9th Gen i5…. Looking at the upgrade path on both of these systems the Dell can go up to i9-10900K (10 cores 20 threads) while the HP can will support up to i9-9900K (8 core 16 threads). The HP also has more pcie expansion slots and 2 x M.2 SSD slots against 1 x M.2 SSD on the Dell. I mainly use the system for video editing and to stream media files from my NAS to my TV. Should I stick with the Dell or get the HP which is a generation older ?

Dell can go up to i9-10900K (10 cores 20 threads)

Not beyond 10700.
