i want to know whether this (mini tower's) motherboard can support pcie 3 card gtx 660 with a 450watt psu.

Hi Joe
You should be able to power a GTX660 with a 450W PSU.
The card requires 1 x 6-pin connector and will draw around 140W at full go.
