First your motherboard uses 24 pin and 4pin (shown on board in red squares below) connectors. so that is standard and good news
the problem normally arrises with orientation of the board (it looks like an MATX board, but until you extricate it and try to fit inside a standard case you may not know if the external ports fit in the slot of the case.
the second problem is not the sata and usb connectors those look fine, but the powering on/off, led Hdd led etc. switches/leds are usually NOT standard. and that is a pain to figure out unless you trace the lines to the header on the board and make your own pin out from the standard connectors that come with your case, a little DIY will like be falling on you on this part
aside that I don't see an issue takeing this out of the dell case and putting it into a standard case. trial an error will tell you better than I can
