Dell Optiplex 7010 motherboard in a regular ATX case?

Hi.

I'm going to buy a used all-in-one desktop and turn it into a gaming PC. At least that's my plan.
Precisely, I like the specs of Dell Optiplex 7010. As I learned, it has pretty standard 24+4 pin motherboard, so I can replace its PSU with something more powerful. But it won't fit a full-sized GPU, that's for sure, so I'm wondering if it's possible to put it into a standard ATX case. Does anyone try it? I mean, would the screw holes and power-on cables match?

The motherboard itself looks like this https://76.my/Malaysia/dell-optiplex-7010-9010-sff-socket-1155-motherboard-la0601-wr7py-51fj8-beginner28-1509-03-beginner28@15.jpg

I believe this poster may be having a problem in the compatibility of the DELL BIOS for the video card or the PCIe slot may have low power that isn't enough to run the video card.
I'm not sure, but it should come off. The real problem here is that only the MT model has a proper PCIe slot with 75W. The rest have only 50W, which is not enough for a full-size GPU. That's a shame.

This isn't entirely accurate. While the motherboard in that guy's case didn't supply enough power to run the card... no motherboard would have been able to. The guy didn't upgrade the PSU, and the GTX 780 requires an 8 pin and 6 pin.
