[SOLVED] Dell optiplex 7010 motherboard stuck to dell case

I am trying to remove a Dell optiplex 7010 sff motherboard and install it on a new case but I can't remove it
-Every other component is removed
-All the screws are removed
-The board doesn't budge much at all
-I am aware that dell mobos are hard to sync with other components
Does anybody know anything about this?

Did you remove the CPU cooler? Often that screws directly into the chassis through the motherboard.

Yes I did remove the cooler , but I suspect one of the holes the cooler screws into could be the culprit as it doesn't budge when I Try lift the motherboard whilst the other holes do

Turned out it was one of the holes the cooler screws into was stuck to motherboard somehow , had to cut it off from underneath
