Dell Optiplex 7010 MT to New case

Solution
It will probably fit OK. BUT Dell uses their own front I/O cables and secret pinouts. They vary from model to model but almost always include a 4 LED diagnostis display and sometimes an air inlet temperature sensor that may keep it from running if it's not detected. Generally Dells should be comsidered a whole unit. Parts swapping even among Dells is pretty tricky.

Is it for GPU upgrade?

You can place even GTX 1070 inside (mini version), because power supply is standard ATX.

You can also remove the Hard drive mounting cage and do a bit of a DIY Job to have more space inside, I've got a 3010 MT, I7 3770, 8GB Ram, Corsair VS550, GTX 970 and a Hard drive and SSD. Just needed to get some double sided tape to hold the drives in securely
