[SOLVED] Dell Optiplex 7010 USFF GTX 980?

Hey,

I want to upgrade an optiplex 7010 usff system, I want to put everything into a normal case (I know it most likely wont fit so I can make custom standoff holes), replace the psu with a more powerful one and put like a GTX 980 in.
Will that be possible? Some say the motherboard supplies only 50 watts and others say 75 watts, so it's really confusing and will that even matter if I buy a good new psu?

usff? hard to upgrade psu due to irregularly shaped oem psu. I will get a new case too if you want to upgrade.

Yeah I'll definitely get a new case too, but would the motherboard support a gtx 980?

USFF motherboard has no PCIex16 slot, it has only a Mini PCIe1 Slot. A video card won't fit into that motherboard.

Maximum wattage of 50 watts in PCIe x16 connector refers to Desktop and Small Form Factor models.
