Dell Optiplex 755 DT needs Memory upgrade

Hi to yall. My 755DT could use some more juice Akick in the pants to the memory. Here is what I have. At present
CPU Q6600 2.4 Ghz
Bios A22
Chipset Q35
Mem. Crucial DDR2 Unbuffered Non-EEC 1066 1.8v

I would like to go to a 1333 if this is enough to give me more speed. If not I.m open for suggestions
Oh Crucial and Kingston said they have nothing

Sorry, know the mainboard. How much do you have and what os?

How many dimm slots? 2 0r 4. Your board only supports pc2 6400 at 800 mgz's. 1333 is not supported If you only have a 32 bit os, you can't use more that 4 anyway.

According to the spec. book it can handle 1333Mhz

I know this is an older thread, but I just found it, and I have a question about your setup. I also have the 755 DT, and everything I've read says the oddly-shaped psu is proprietary and non-upgradable. Which ATX 400 watt psu did you use? Did you have any problems installing or using it? I'd like to upgrade mine so I can have a few more options for video cards,etc. Thanks!
