Dell Optiplex 755 Small Form Factor

I have a dell optiplex 755 SFF. Im wondering is there any part i can use? Because im going to build a new pc and i want to save some money.

Probably like the Optical Drive (and the size), the PSU (how many watts), and the HDD or SSD (and how many gbs). Thank you.

The PSU on it is probably going to be very small, you'll be better off selling it.

All the parts will be really old, i wouldnt try to salvage them
