dell optiplex 755 wirless card not working

I have a optiplex 755 and have put my wireless card from my ispiron 530 and it fits but is not coming up on the optiplex and cant find any wireless any help ?

How do i do this do i need to connect via ethernet first

umm yes you do, or you can download the drivers from another computer and put on a CD or USB thumbdrive.
