dell optiplex 790 gpu upgrade

I have a dell optiplex 790 sff that I want to use for netflix and what not but it doesn't have an hdmi output. What gpu could I get for $50 or less that would meet or beat the onboard Intel HD Graphics 2000 gpu?

If you're just looking to meet the on board video, you can use a display port to hdmi cable. Amazon has them for $8.

It will be connected to a tv so that won't work unless I run an audio cable, which I don't want to do.

What is your CPU, if i'm correct, it's an i5 2400, Right?
considering its a sff, there is a decent card that can handle netflix at 1080p
and maybe light gaming.
