Dell Optiplex 790 hdmi video card

Looking for a graphics card with an HDMI output for a Dell Optiplex 790. Any suggestions?

Are you using the system as a gaming rig or just a simple workstation? The biggest limiting factor is the power supply. Looks like yours is probably around 250 watts, hardly enough for a power hungry gaming GPU. Unfortunately, most pre-built Dell desktop power supplies have proprietary connectors. However this may vary from style of machine, and I haven't personally opened a 790 (but many 980/990's). With that being said, a Radeon HD 6450 could be a viable option. Maybe.

If you plan to game on this machine, I highly recommend looking into a new power supply with more potential watts.
Unfortunately that low of wattage simply isn't suitable for supplying a power to an aftermarket GPU.

Which form factor is this? Small Mini Tower or Small Form Factor. The mini tower can make os of ATX supplies while the later is limited to either 240Watt or 250 Watt supply OEM or a after market 450 watt and fairly expensive supply.

As far as cards for the worst case scenario I would suggest these. They give you full size HDMI and fully capable of 1080P Video.
