Dell Optiplex 790 SFF SATA Question

I have a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF (i5-2400) that I am going to replace the HDD in with a SSD. This is the motherboard it uses: http://g03.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1obO6HVXXXXXlXFXXq6xXFXXXR/0D28YY-For-DELL-OPTIPLEX-790-SFF-LGA1155-D28YY-Desktop-System-Motherboard-Fully-Tested.jpg

According to the Dell specs, it has SATA III. But what I am unsure of is whether or not all 3 SATA headers are SATA III or just one of them. Obviously that is the one I would want to use to connect the SSD to. Hopefully one of the Dell experts here can point me in the right direction. The Dell manuals don't specify, and the folks at the Dell forum haven't come through yet. Although one person there told me (with no proof) that the blue header was SATA III and the rest were SATA II.
??

Thanks. Read that earlier, but they are referring to the board in the Optiplex 790 MT and DT. http://en.community.dell.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/3514/5633.790.jpg
It is different than my SFF board.

But I'll probably use that one and check transfer speed to see if indeed it is the right one. I'm beginning to think the blue header is the one to use, too.

Oh, yes... the HDD was plugged into the blue header. But I didn't think that was an indication because the HDD is not able to take advantage of the faster thru-put of SATA III. But good point. Stands to reason the factory would connect it to the fastest interface.
