Question Dell Optiplex 790 sound cards

I was looking at some renewed Dell Optiplex 790's as an option of replacement for my old (which has decided that it's time for everything to quit) and I wondered, what in your experience is the best sound card option for it? Many reviewers of the products said it was best to add one, but (annoyingly) no one said which ones they themselves would have chosen or used. Thanks so much!

Update: the ones I've been looking at are all either midtower or mini tower.

No, I'm looking at a couple on Amazon since overall I've had the best experience buying there compared other sites.

What i mean by that is the size of the PCcase

there are several flavours, one being a Small Format Factor, which would mean you can't use full sized sound cards
