Hi! I need a new PC, and saw a used, like new Dell OptiPlex 790, for 340 USD. Is this a good deal, if I just switch out the graphics card?

OptiPlex's are configurable, and usually in various form-factors.

Which CPU/RAM/HDD setup is it? And what form-factor (the smaller form factors struggle to support any decent GPU's in size, and the PSU is generally proprietary so cannot be *easily* replaced)

Don't buy it unless it's the Micro Tower MT other 2 form factors are useless , the MT PSU should be standard ATX , but OEM sized....5.5" x 5.9" x 3.4"

But is a top mounted PSU.

Card space is tight , be sure it will fit before purchasing.
