Dell Optiplex 9010: No Sata III?

Picked up a Dell Optiplex 9010 SFF. There are 3 SATA ports: 1 blue, 1 black, and 1 white.
Here is information from the tech sheet:

4 SATA 0 Connector (SATA0)
5 SATA 1 Connector (SATA1)
6 SATA 2 Connector (SATA2)

Does this imply that none of the ports are SATA III? The OS HDD right now is a WD Scorpion Black (laptop drive if im not mistaken), read and write speeds are 80mb/s / 70mb/s

It seems like the Motherboard is the Dell 51FJ8.

As you can see the motherboard has 2 SATA 3 ports.
