Why do you need help with this simple issue? The dimensions for the APEVIA PSU are stated in the specs, all you need is a tape measure to check the space available or measure existing PSU - lol --

Apevia not a good brand of PSU though, based on what I've read.

The Dell 240W PSU is much better than that one. Dell uses a continuos power rating, not a temporary peak "advertised" rating. The 240W Dell can power a 95W CPU and a GTX1050Ti, just fine, which is the fastest low profile GPU you can get. It also has a UL rating which means if you overload it (which you basically can't) it won't set your house on fire.
