I just upgraded my graphics card today. However when I plug it in it does not send signal to the monitor.

So I've done so e reading and couldn't find a straight forward answer to my problem. I Uninstaller my old graphics card drivers and I installed the drivers on the disk included with my new graphics card. I then took out the old graphics card and put the new one in in another pcie slot. I turned on my pc and heard it boot but had no video on my monitor. Ive tried another monitor and still nothing, my cables are fine as I used them with my old graphics card, I tried my mobo video ports and nothing. I also tried taking back out the new graphics card and putting the old one in the same slot as the new one and the old one worked so it's not the slot I used. I see the fans on the new card spinning aswell. Any ideas what might be wrong?

My computer specs
-Intel Core i7 860
-12gb ram
-Nvidia Quadro NVS 295(Old GPU)
-MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti
