Dell Optiplex 990 Blue solid light and 2,3,4 lights on after CPU Upgrade

I upgraded my dell OptiPlex from an i5 2400 to an i5 3330s but the rsvd pin bent down into the hole it goes in then the cpu is put in the socket so I thought it would be fine. Now the PC Has a blue solid power button and the lights 2,3,4 lit up on the front and it doesn't display anything. Also it has A11 bios and the most recent is A20-How do I upgrade the bios?

It's not the BIOS , PROBABLY the socket is compromised.

Update: The CPU was incompatable with the motherboard or the cpu was broken because when I took out the i5 3330s and put back in the i5 2400
the computer booted up fine

Optiplexes were office computers and usually have a CPU power limit of 95W (or some other).
