Dell Optiplex 990 cooling

I would like to up the cooling in my Optiplex 990 MT I5. It does not have any spare fan headers (it uses nonstandard 5 pin). There is a grill in the front with no fan and the fan in the back is a little anemic. I want this as I would like to put a low power graphics card and the current HD temp is 111F

I can see your pain - 5 pin connector with actual 4 wires is this correct, so we need to look elsewhere for extra fan.

The only option so far is something looks like this

The only problem is extra power connector, do you have any?
Do you use 2 hard drives and 2 DVDRWs?
