Dell Optiplex 990 Desktop grahphics cards?

Hey guys! I have a Dell Optiplex 990 i7 2nd gen Quad Core 8GB RAM. I've now decided that I'd like to try some gaming. The problem is that I have Intel HD integrated graphics that is not suited for any such purposes. I would be keeping to low-level games that have lower requirements. I have no idea where to start! I've done some research, and this is what I got so far:

I'd go for a GT 1030. It's pretty cheap and it's new
