Dell Optiplex 990 SFF -- transfer hardware to another case?

SOO I mistakenly bought a SFF PC and i can't [strike]refund[/strike] return it for refund so I was thinking can I transfer stuff to another case like a micro atx?? also i could change the power supply if needed.

It has non-standard size (wider than standard mATX).
May not fit into every mATX case.

You can look at the CPU and RAM people are running in that here.
