Dell Optiplex and GTX 1050 TI HDMI not working

So I got a graphics card for my Dell Optiplex 3010, the 1050 TI, and the HDMI dosent work on the graphics card. There is a ton of artifacts, and I think it might be associated with the computer's interpretation of the GPU. The DVI port works, infact, I am writing this on the computer I am talking about. I have tested the 1050 Ti with my main PC and it works like a charm. Any possible solutions and explanations? I was thinking of getting a DVI to HDMI converter.

Try a clean installation of drivers. Use this DDU tool to remove all of the previous drivers then download the most recent drivers from Nvidia.

I didn't think of that, your probably right. The bios flash quickly before windows has no problems, once I get a chance to test the computer and tell you the results.

Be sure you have the latest BIOS from dell you may be missing something there also.
